Description
The Department of Music presents the UMBC Jazz Ensemble under the direction of Matthew Belzer.
The UMBC Jazz Ensemble is a large jazz group dedicated to the professional training and creative development of its members. Throughout the year, the group performs at concerts, special events and festivals. Student composers and arrangers have the opportunity to have their music read, performed and recorded by the group.
Admission is free, and tickets are not required.
Earl and Darielle Linehan Concert Hall, located in the Performing Arts and Humanities Building, is easy to visit, with plenty of free parking. Please visit here for directions and parking information.
