The Department of Music presents Livewire 16: We the People, UMBC's annual festival of New Music.
October 22-24
Oct 22: The American Experiment - 7:30 p.m., Linehan Concert Hall
Music by Viet Cuong, Brittany Green, Gabriella Smith, and a premiere by Kenji Bunch. Featuring the faculty ensemble newRUCKUS.
Oct 23: Freedom, 7:30 p.m. – Linehan Concert Hall.
The Zohn Collective joins newRUCKUS in a program including Raven Chacon's Voiceless Mass and Steve Reich’s Double Sextet.
Oct 24: The Zohn Collective, 5:00 p.m., Linehan Concert Hall
$15 general public, $10 seniors, $5 students.
