An Evening of Chinese Animation

Animation is a thriving art form in China, but due to cultural and commercial barriers, most films do not make it to wider international audiences. As part of a cultural exchange with ASIFA-China and Southwest University of Nationalities in Chengdu, the Department of Visual Arts will host an evening of recent independent and student animation, with an introduction by animation professor Corrie Francis Parks.
