Play reading of Aristophanes’ Wasps

Student and faculty reading of Aristophanes’ Wasps, a hilarious and ribald comedy about a son who tries to cure his father of his manic obsession with serving on juries (in order to humiliate the rich at the bidding of unscrupulous demagogues and prosecutors) by transforming him into a cultured aristocrat.
