Chrissie Reilly Successfully Presents

her dissertation research proposal

The Language, Literacy, and Culture Program is pleased to announce that Chrissie Reilly of LLC Cohort 13 successfully and skillfully presented her dissertation research proposal to her committee on April 23, 2024.

Chrissie's project is titled, “At Least it isn’t Afghanistan”: An oral history of U.S. Air Force support to Ukraine from Ramstein Air Base, Germany in 2022.

After her presentation, Chrissie had a substantive discussion with the committee about the next stages of her work. The committee agreed that the project is worthy of doctoral research and helped Chrissie consider some key issues as she moves forward into the research and writing.
