May Chung: Recipient of AFAC Award

May Chung, Cohort 17, has received the 2017 Adjunct Faculty Advisory Committee (AFACC) award. This award, intended for research and professional development, has been awarded to her to present at the 2017 Southeastern Conference in Linguistics (March 8-11, College of Charleston, South Carolina). Her presentation, "'It's not that they can't produce the sound': Linguistic tips from the ESL classroom" features teaching tips on the needs of English language learners.
