Profs. Salkever and Greenberg contributed chapters to text

Scott Farrow, Professor of Economics, UMBC is the editor of a new textbook
Teaching Benefit-Cost Analysis (Tools of the Trade) , which has just been published by Edward Elgar Publishing. (May 2018)
His chapter is "Simulation: Incorporating Uncertainty"

Professor David Salkever, School of  Public Policy, contributed a chapter ,
"On Defining and Valuing the Benefits of Health Policy Interventions"

David Greenberg, Professor Emeritus, Economics, also contributed a chapter, "Treatment of Employing and Disemploying Workers"
