Prof. Rennie Short publ blog post on urban imaginaries

Last week, Prof. John Rennie Short was invited to write a post for the Regional Studies Association's online blog. In the post titled "Three Imaginaries of The Urban Now," Prof. Rennie Short discusses his recent book The Unequal City.
While the book features many "urban imaginaries" of what he terms the Urban Now, he explains three in the recent piece: the global city, neoliberal city, and humane city. He augments his description of each type with photos of example cities from his own travels.
