ASIANetwork Opportunities for Students

Student Posters at the Annual Conference
Submission Deadline:  February 1, 2021

Student Poster proposals may come from individual students or groups of 2 to 4 students.  Posters (PDF’s and/or videos, etc.) may be on any topic from any academic discipline, but must focus on South Asia, Southeast Asia, East Asia, or the Asian Diaspora.  Proposals consist of a poster title and abstract, submitted through the on-line portal.


McJimsey Student Paper Competition
Submission Deadline:  February 1, 2021

The annual prize recognizes the best undergraduate student paper dealing with Asia. Undergraduate students and 2020 graduates from ASIANetwork member schools are eligible to submit their papers for consideration. 


2021 ASIANetwork VIRTUAL Annual Conference

Saturday and Sunday, April 17 and 18, 2021
with additional events scheduled prior to the conference weekend
